
Brand: 360 Direct Access (formerly 360 Direct Video)
Role: Social Media Content Intern
Background: 360 Direct Access is a telecommunications company that specializes in sales for implementing widgets that connect to Direct Video Calling on their own company's website, and connecting them to live Deaf-friendly signing representatives, directly without a third party interpreter. Direct Video Calling with 360 Direct Video is a way to teleconference through video that allows conversations to occur between a caller and a Deaf representative using American Sign Language (ASL), without the need for translation services.
Outcomes: Supported VP of Marketing with design, social media content creation, and through a brand change. Promoted growth in followers, by 5% within the 6 months of employment.

Software: Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Google Drive, Slack and Canva.

EXAMPLES
During the duration of my internship, I was able to grow skills with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and making sure we were getting consistent content, I also got the opportunity to be part of the new brand reveal for 360 Direct Access. It was formerly 360 Direct video, with multiple different outlooks and a different mission.
